My Pilates journey
Hello i'm Hayley and after having my first child in 2009 I came across Pilates as i read it would help strengthen my pelvic floor.
After three months i noticed a huge difference in my balance, a stronger core and my posture was improved as well as my Pelvic floor. I was hooked and kept up a Pilates practice twice a week. I noticed improvements in my mental well being and in other sports i took part in especially running. Five years ago i decided to qualify as a Pilates teacher to help as many people as i can to move and feel comfortable in their bodies.
Yoga and Barre
Im also qualified in Yoga and barre. Currently i teach this in local gyms in the bolton area but i hope to offer this very soon to the community.
